Rah Rah Robinson is a young resident of Clinton.  He lives with his grandmother who raised him.  He is enrolled at Grambling in the art program where he is developing his skills.  Rah Rah's ability to see his world and record it is extrordinary.  He can produce a perfecty correct line drawing of structures, mascots, animals and sundry other subjects with speed and agility.
